Life Drawing I

Much of this blog will focus on the Life Drawing I class I'm taking this semester.
I enrolled in Life Drawing is to strengthen my abilities in drawing, as well as other fields. A lot of my future work in things like 3D Animation and motion graphics will exhibit the human form. Perfection in art, whether drawing or animation, is achieved through the natural details that I look forward to learning about while taking this class.

Throughout the semester, I'll be posting work from the class and personal reactions. Check back frequently to see what I come up with!

This is me.

Hello to world.

My name is Paul Howells, and I'm a fourth-year multimedia design student at the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Although I have a variety of interests in the field, my main interest is in 3D Modeling and Animation. I've recently gotten into digital motion graphics and compositing, and have found that to be quite fun as well. These fields appeal to me because I love having the ability to imagine anything and then create it. Life is full of energy, emotion, and meaning, and technology allow me to harness these things and share them with the world. Life is animated. Watch, I'll show you.
